If you want to be a doctor, you can use an Ambulance car to finally make your dream come true. In addition to that, you can even set traffic cones to stop unwanted traffic.

It’s useful on servers where the cities are full of autos. Besides, MCPE players can put players inside the cop car.

That makes roleplaying funnier.
